BOCCA — the Brotherhood of Culinary Chef's Association — is an Austrian collective dedicated to gastronomy, culinary pleasure, and the art of cooking. Founded as a platform for teaching, learning, and mutual inspiration, the association brings together professional chefs, food enthusiasts, and industry friends with deep expertise and international experience.

Kevin Micheli holds the role of Ambassador within the association. Despite his young age, the Feldkirch native had already made waves across the international culinary scene by this time, holding titles including Austrian National Champion, Cooking World Champion, and Gault-Millau Young Chef of the Year 2014. He had proven himself at some of the finest kitchens in the German-speaking world — Landhaus Bacher in Mautern, Hangar-7 in Salzburg, Hotel Bareiss in the Black Forest, and Johann Lafer's Stromburg — before taking on the role of head chef at the two-Michelin-star Einstein in St. Gallen.

The BOCCA board includes a roster of accomplished culinary professionals: chairman Wolfgang Ponier, deputy chairman Ernst Seidl (who catered the Austrian Houses at the Olympics in Sochi, Rio, and Pyeongchang), treasurer Fabian Marte, and secretary Dennis Brunner. Fellow ambassadors Wolfgang Blenk and Mathias Seidl round out the team.

The association counts among its patrons the Austrian-born, Portugal-based chef Dieter Koschina, whose two-Michelin-star Vila Joya has been ranked among the world's 50 best restaurants, as well as the German culinary innovator and author Heiko Antoniewicz.
