In the summer of 2022, Kevin Micheli took his culinary artistry outside the traditional restaurant setting for the very first time. The pop-up dining event, held on June 14 and 15 at Gugumuck's Gartenbar in Vienna, gave guests a chance to experience his celebrated signature dishes in an open-air garden atmosphere.

At 31, Micheli had already built an impressive international reputation. His list of accolades includes the Austrian national championship, the title of Cooking World Champion in 2013, and the Gault-Millau Newcomer of the Year award in 2014 — credentials that made this pop-up one of the most anticipated culinary events of the season.

The exclusive evening offered an intimate encounter with Micheli's cooking philosophy: guests were treated to a welcome drink directly in the kitchen, a meet-and-greet with the chef himself, and a multi-course dinner paired with fine wine.
